1. Shipping Locations

Ascended currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after the carrier receives your package.
